Let us transform Koronadal to the city of investors-Toyota Chairman

“Together, let us transform Koronadal into the city of investors,” General Santos and Davao Cities Toyota Chairman and CEO Jose A. Lim, III, spoke out as a guest speaker during the culmination program of the 85th Foundation Anniversary and Hinugyaw Festival.
Lim strongly persuades the public after witnessing the whopping transformation of the city. He believes that the City of Koronadal and the Province of South Cotabato are insurmountable in development. The said capitalist even recalled the bumpy roads at the time he was one of the motorcycle riders back long years ago as he passed through the city, formerly a municipality which he used to call Marbel, but now, Lim said, rough roads no more almost in the entire thoroughfares.
Meanwhile, Lim also shared that for 10 years, the City of Koronadal was only considered their Toyota caravan until the team decided to set up business in the city. “Toyota Koronadal has been here as a Toyota caravan for 10 years [….] it’s high time for us to be bold and brave.”
The businessman likewise resembled his uncertainties and challenges following the plan to establish their company in the city. He was even hesitant to approach City Mayor Eliordo Ogena to discuss the matter, but nonetheless, he left the city hall full of confidence.
Further, Lim emphasized that the City of Koronadal is not their home, however, they didn’t mind because they believed that every land is the home of a brave and that is a spirit he wanted to personally instill in the people of Koronadal. “Be bold, be brave, be fearless, yet humble and friendly always,” Lim said.
