The Landbank of the Philippines is the payment center for this project. The payment will be made through the I-Access Portal of the Land Bank of the Philippines. Any ATM Card that is member of BancNet can be used according to Elmer Europa, Manager of Landbank of the Philippines, Koronadal Branch.

“With that a person can no longer go to the different offices to file the application, its in the hand of the applicant itself, they only need to secure their files for faster transactions,City Administrator Rene Jumilla further explained to the media.

With the system, Business Registration can now be done through this webpage link koronadalcityportal.com.

These are the steps on how to register a New Business:

  • Go to the website
  • Fill-in the data
  • Upload required requirements
  • Wait for the verification or if there’s difficiency

*if difficiency happens it will return to the applicant with an accompanying note

  • Wait for the notification if the permits are ready to release

Furthermore, the releasing of permits will take place over the counter.

The system is open to all Individual or Non-Individual businesses such as Sole Proprietorship, Cooperatives, Partnerships and Corporations.

Hence the system is a big factor both to the government and the business sector because its centralized data management is in adherence to the Anti Red Tape Act of 2007 (ARTA) on transparency, graft and corruption.

Also, this is in compliance to Republic Act No. 11032 or the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 signed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on May 28, 2018.
